NPM Capital, BD myShopi shareholder, announced a sales process for BD myShopi in early 2017. After a thorough analysis of the various proposals and future market opportunities, NPM Capital and BD my Shopi decided to enter into a strong partnership once again for the coming years. “We are pleased to be able to continue developing our core activity under the wing of a trusted partner, one that believes in our future business plans,” says BD myShopi’s CEO Geert Schoenmaekers.

BD myShopi also owns the online promotional platform myShopi, the app of which has been downloaded over 1.5 million times in Belgium. Every month, 900,000 active users visit the myShopi app and website to find information and promotions in different retailer leaflets and to use customer loyalty cards as well as unique cashback discounts submitted by local and national retailers and brands.
