Thanks to a simultaneous distribution of samples and vouchers in 2 different regions, Continental Foods managed to register the reaction of buyers and non-buyers.

The Customer Impact Survey shows that sampling has a positive impact on non-buyers especially in the long term, while vouchers generate a short-term activation with the buyers.
