BD myShopi hecht veel belang aan milieu bij het uitvoeren van haar activiteiten. In 2009 behaalde BD myShopi reeds het ISO 14001-certificaat voor milieubeheer. Jaarlijks worden diverse doelstellingen vooropgesteld om de impact op het milieu verder te doen dalen. 

Reductie van CO2- uitstoot
BD myShopi werkt continue op het verminderen van haar CO2-uitstoot en neemt hiervoor maatregelen op vlak van transport, energieverbruik, milieuvriendelijk sealen en het sorteren van afval.​

    Vrachtwagens van Euro-6 klasse
    Bedrijfswagens met een lage CO2-uitstoot
    Optimalisatie van het transport via een Track & Trace-systeem
    Introductie en stimuleren van carpooling incl. een financiële tegemoetkoming voor carpoolers
    Mogelijkheid tot homeworking
     
  • Energie
    Sensibiliseringcampagne voor medewerkers om te besparen op verlichting en verwarming
    Exclusief gebruik van groene elektriciteit voor alle locaties die eigendom zijn van BD myShopi
    Gebruik van open landscape ruimtes i.f.v. efficiënte verwarming van de ruimtes
    Verlichting en kranen op basis van sensoren
    Waar mogelijk wordt gewerkt met zonnepanelen (bv. productiesite te Waver)
     
  • Milieuvriendelijk sealen en sorteren van afval
    Gebruik van recycleerbare verpakkingsfolie LDPE (Low Density Poly Ethyleen)
    BD myShopi is aangesloten bij  Fost Plus en Val-i-pac
    Sensibilisering van medewerkers om afval te sorteren
    Follow-me printers om onnodig printen te voorkomen
