Het welzijn van al onze medewerkers, onze subcontractors en bezoekers is voor BD myShopi van het grootste belang. Er wordt dagelijks getracht om arbeidsongevallen in de meest uiteenlopende vormen te vermijden. In het kader daarvan werd in 2016 beslist om de “Go For Zero” campagne op te zetten. Hiermee willen we samen met alle medewerkers streven naar een werkomgeving zonder arbeidsongevallen. Ook ongevallen die contractoren, tijdelijke medewerkers en bezoekers zouden kunnen overkomen tijdens hun aanwezigheid op onze sites zijn opgenomen in onze doelstellingen. Hiermee wil BD myShopi een totaalaanpak realiseren van alle mogelijke oorzaken van ongevallen in het bedrijf.

Bij BD myShopi werden er globale en individuele KPI’s vooropgesteld. Om deze te bereiken worden diverse projecten en initiatieven opgestart om de veiligheid van elke medewerker te garanderen.

  • Vereenvoudigde procedure voor het melden van EHBO-ongevallen
  • Aangepaste bezoekersinstructies
  • Introductie van LMRA* voor contractors
