BD myShopi is het nummer 1 omnichannel activatieplatform in België, met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in logistiek en offline en digitale consumentenactivatie. Via verschillende kanalen – in-home, on the go, in de brievenbus en in de winkel – zorgen we ervoor dat de consument geprikkeld wordt en actie onderneemt.

Onze missie is dan ook ‘delivering inspired consumers’. We distribueren wekelijks folders, samples en andere creatieve uitingen in 4,5 miljoen brievenbussen in België en plaatsen digitale cashbacks, folders of promoties op ons promoplatform myShopi dat al 1,3 miljoen keer werd gedownload in België. Traffic genereren naar fysieke winkels en webshops vormt meer dan ooit de kern van onze propositie.

Jouw functie

  • Je rapporteert aan de CFO en werkt voornamelijk samen met de Accounting Manager en de 2 andere Business Controllers.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere business units, je participeert aan de maandafsluiting en analyseert de rapportering om een beeld te vormen van wat er achter de cijfers zit.
  • Je leidt business review meetings met het top en middle management om de resultaten te verduidelijken en om samen inzicht te krijgen in de huidige performances. Je bespreekt de  status van projecten en eventuele correctieve acties en vertaalt hun mogelijk impact op de forecast.
  • Je deelt verantwoordelijkheid voor interne controle en neemt een actieve rol op in verbeteringsprojecten in de organisatie, processen en tools.
  • Je werkt mee aan een sterk veranderende markt vanuit een ‘business partner‘ rol in plaats van een strikte finance rol

Specifiek voor deze functie zijn we ook op zoek naar de volgende competenties:

  • Master in economie (of equivalent)
  • 3 tot 10 jaren ervaring in  boekhouding, audit en/of controlling.
  • Je hebt de ambitie om bij te dragen aan een sterk team in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bent gestructureerd, georganiseerd, hebt goede analytische skills en je bent communicatief sterk.
  • Je bent een zelfstarter met een gezonde dosis ondernemerschap
  • Je houdt van interactie op alle levels en je hebt een zekere mate van leadership in je.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans
  • Kennis van  Microsoft Dynamics AX kan een troef zijn (geen must)
