BD myShopi is het nummer 1 omnichannel activatieplatform in België, met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in logistiek en offline en digitale consumentenactivatie. Via verschillende kanalen – in-home, on the go, in de brievenbus en in de winkel – zorgen we ervoor dat de consument geprikkeld wordt en actie onderneemt.

Onze missie is dan ook ‘delivering inspired consumers’. We distribueren wekelijks folders, samples en andere creatieve uitingen in 4,5 miljoen brievenbussen in België en plaatsen digitale cashbacks, folders of promoties op ons promoplatform myShopi dat al 1,5 miljoen keer werd gedownload in België. Traffic genereren naar fysieke winkels en webshops vormt meer dan ooit de kern van onze propositie.

Jouw functie

Als Executive Assistant binnen onze organisatie bied je actief ondersteuning aan de activiteiten van de Directie:

Je biedt volledige ondersteuning aan de CEO en het Management team door het beheren van de agenda’s, het organiseren van interne en externe vergaderingen die je vooraf volledig voorbereidt betreffende agenda, locatie, verzamelen van presentaties, …;
Je verzorgt de hele administratie van de CEO en biedt tevens administratieve ondersteuning aan het Management Team;
Je kan zelfstandig presentaties uitwerken op basis van de informatie die je verzamelt vanuit het Management Team en de organisatie;
Je coördineert de organisatie van en neemt actief deel aan Management Teammeetings en Board meetings , je stelt verslagen op van deze meetings en zorgt voor de opvolging van de acties;
Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van documenten en de verdeling ervan (presentaties, verslagen, actieplannen)
Je fungeert als vertrouwenspersoon wat impliceert dat je niet alleen discreet omgaat met vertrouwelijke informatie maar dat je ook toegankelijk bent voor alle stakeholders binnen en buiten de organisatie en gemakkelijk en snel voeling krijgt met wat er leeft.
Je bent nieuwsgiering naar de werking van elke afdeling en legt op eigen initiatief de nodige contacten binnen en buiten de organisatie.
Je vertegenwoordigt het Management Team door zelfstandig projecten te beheren en/of ondersteuning te bieden aan het organiseren van de jaarvergadering, interne evenementen, teambuildings, bedrijfscommunicaties, …
Je onderhoudt goede contacten met interne en externe stakeholders;
Je participeert actief aan interdepartementale projecten;
Je verplaatst je naar andere locaties om vergaderingen te coördineren en bij te wonen

In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CEO.

Je hebt Bachelor/Master diploma of gelijkaardig door ervaring
Je hebt minstens 5 j ervaring in een Management/Executive Assistant functie
Je bent perfect tweetalig NL-FR en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het EN
Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Office pakket
Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt van plannen en organiseren
Je bent hands-on en proactief met een groot verantwoordelijkheidszin
Je bent resultaatgericht, je werkt nauwkeurig en efficiënt
Je behandelt informatie in alle vertrouwelijkheid, je bent discreet en tegelijk toegankelijk
