Jouw functie

Het departement Operations staat in voor het collecteren, transporteren, sorteren en distribueren van folders, (on)geadresseerde zendingen en pakjes tegen minimale kosten en met een maximale kwaliteit ter realisatie van klanttevredenheid. 

Als lijnoperator werk je samen met je collega feedervullers aan de productiemachine. Daarnaast ben je de rechterhand van de hoofdoperator. Tijdens zijn/haar afwezigheid neem je zijn/haar taken over.

Tijdens deze vervanging heb je een aantal operationele taken: het constant en correct aanvullen van werkstations (feeders) aan de encarteermachine op een veilige en efficiënte manier met als doel de productie van een kwalitatief volledig sealpakket, het instellen van de productiemachine, het ingrijpen bij storingen en het verrichten van klein onderhoud indien nodig. Daarbovenop stuur je het team aan door duidelijke instructies en begeleiding te geven.

  • Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en bent snel weg met technische handelingen;
  • Als persoon ben je flexibel, stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en doortastend;
  • Je geeft op enthousiaste en motiverende wijze leiding aan het team aan jouw lijn;
  • Ervaring met het werken aan opleg- of foliemachines is een plus;
  • Je werkt vlot met de computer, kennis van word en Excel is een plus;
  • Je bewaakt mee de naleving van werkinstructies en veiligheidsprocedures;
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basis van het Frans;
  • Je bent bereid om in de roterende dagploeg te werken of in de vaste nachtploeg.
