BD myShopi is het nummer 1 omnichannel activatieplatform in België, met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in logistiek en offline en digitale consumentenactivatie. Via verschillende kanalen – in-home, on the go, in de brievenbus en in de winkel – zorgen we ervoor dat de consument geprikkeld wordt en actie onderneemt.
Onze missie is dan ook ‘delivering inspired consumers’. We distribueren wekelijks folders, samples en andere creatieve uitingen in 4,5 miljoen brievenbussen in België en plaatsen digitale cashbacks, folders of promoties op ons promoplatform myShopi dat al 2,5 miljoen keer werd gedownload in België. Traffic genereren naar fysieke winkels en webshops vormt meer dan ooit de kern van onze propositie.

JOUW FUNCTIE     

Als Sales Assistant SPOC binnen de afdeling Customer Service sta je in voor de verwerking en de opvolging van de klantendossiers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor enkele specifieke klantsegmenten.

Dit houdt onder meer het volgende in:

  • Je verzorgt de opmaak van offertes en je staat in voor een tijdige en correcte verwerking van bestellingen. Je denkt mee met de klant en adviseert en informeert hem bij vragen betreffende zijn productaanbod.
  • Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de betreffende Account Managers en onze collega’s van Operations. Je bent als het ware de Single Point Of Contact voor deze klanten en alle interne stakeholders.  Je volgt alle vragen op van A tot Z en je treedt op als back-up voor de Account Managers bij commerciële en operationele vragen.
  • Je neemt ownership in jouw verschillende klantensegmenten en zorgt ervoor dat je hierop te allen tijde een accuraat overzicht behoudt. Je neemt de nodige correctieve acties en volgt deze verder op. 
  • Bij operationele problemen zoek je mee naar mogelijke oplossingen, sta je de klant te woord om hem te informeren en te adviseren.
  • Je verwerkt de bedelingsopmerkingen en zorgt voor feedback aan de klanten.
  • Je analyseert, beantwoordt en coördineert opmerkingen en vragen van klanten.  
  • Je staat in voor de wekelijkse/maandelijkse rapportages.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de teamleader SPOC.

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Office pakket; je kan vlot werken met Excel.
  • Je gaat nauwkeuring en projectmatig te werk.

  • Je bent stressbestendig en haalt je deadlines.
  • Je leert graag bij en nieuwe verantwoordelijkheden vormen voor jou een uitdaging.
