Je krijgt het dagelijks overzicht van alle opmerkingen en klachten die via onze verschillende kanalen in ons systeem terugkomen en je zal deze volgens een bepaalde logica ‘sorteren’ of ‘filteren’.

Dit betekent concreet dat je voor elke opmerking / klacht zal aanduiden, volgens vaste regels, of de opmerking op het terrein gecontroleerd wordt, telefonisch gecontroleerd wordt, of rechtstreeks naar één van onze distributeurs zal worden gecommuniceerd.

Je zal zelf geen klachten behandelen, je zal enkel de binnenkomende klachten filteren of sorteren. Het gaat om een eerder repetitieve, administratieve functie.

Jouw profiel

We dragen de waarden Passie, Initiatief, Respect en Professionalisme hoog in het vaandel en we verwachten ook van onze nieuwe medewerkers dat ze deze waarden uitdragen zodat ze elk op hun beurt ambassadeurs voor BD myShopi kunnen zijn.
