Als nummer 1 omni-channel activatieplatform zorgt BD myShopi er via verschillende kanalen voor dat de consument geprikkeld wordt en actie onderneemt, in-home, on the go, in de brievenbus en in de winkel. Onze missie is dan ook ‘delivering activated consumers’. We distribueren wekelijks folders, samples en andere creatieve uitingen in 4,5 miljoen brievenbussen in België en plaatsen digitale cashbacks, folders of promoties op ons promoplatform myShopi dat al meer dan 2 miljoen keer werd gedownload in België. Traffic genereren naar fysieke winkels en webshops vormt meer dan ooit de kern van onze propositie.

BD Logistics is dé specialist in leveringen en ophalingen met toegevoegde waarde. Dankzij ons unieke netwerk van lokale depots bieden we ongeëvenaarde, fijnmazige toegang tot consumenten en bedrijven op het hele Belgische grondgebied. Zo bieden we onze klanten één nationaal aanspreekpunt voor al hun logistieke stromen.
Duurzaamheid staat centraal in onze aanpak. Door een slimme bundeling van goederen in de last mile dringen we het aantal logistieke bewegingen terug. Zo dragen we bij aan de leefbaarheid, veiligheid en mobiliteit in de steden en op het platteland. We investeren volop in een groene vloot.

JOUW FUNCTIE

Als Production Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

Het machinale productieproces. Dit proces start met de aanlevering van de folders tot het verzenden van het afgewerkte product (pakket folders onder folie).
Het leidinggeven en coachen (in ploegensysteem) van een team bestaande uit hoofdoperatoren en productiemedewerkers en hen begeleiden en motiveren conform de bedrijfsprincipes.
De opvolging en het nastreven van productiedoelstellingen met betrekking tot kwaliteit, productiviteit en kostenefficiëntie.
Het formuleren van verbeteringen met betrekking tot efficiëntie, onderhoud machines en veiligheid.
Het zelf oplossen van problemen om de voortgang van de werkzaamheden te garanderen.
Het zorg dragen voor een efficiënte communicatie binnen de eigen afdeling en met de andere afdelingen binnen de site.
Het instaan voor een efficiënte communicatie met de overige (operationele) departementen en warehouses in het land.
De communicatie van organisatie- en afdeling gerelateerde informatie naar alle medewerkers (bijvoorbeeld via werkoverleg).
Het op regelmatige basis organiseren van werkvergaderingen (teammeetings, OTO’s) met de hoofdoperatoren en het doorgeven/laten doorstromen van de nodige informatie.
Het mee opstellen en implementeren van procedures en toezien op de naleving van de vooropgestelde procedures.
Het mee opstellen en implementeren van het strategisch plan, en dit doorvertalen naar het team.
Het mee onderzoeken van ongevallen en incidenten die zich voorgedaan hebben op de arbeidsplaats en voorstellen van maatregelen om ongevallen te voorkomen.
Het zorg dragen voor zijn/haar eigen veiligheid en gezondheid en die van andere betrokken personen overeenkomstig de gegeven instructies en opleidingen.
