BD myShopi is het nummer 1 omnichannel activatieplatform in België, met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in logistiek en offline en digitale consumentenactivatie. Via verschillende kanalen – in-home, on the go, in de brievenbus en in de winkel – zorgen we ervoor dat de consument geprikkeld wordt en actie onderneemt.

Onze missie is dan ook ‘delivering inspired consumers’. We distribueren wekelijks folders, samples en andere creatieve uitingen in 4,5 miljoen brievenbussen in België en plaatsen digitale cashbacks, folders of promoties op ons promoplatform myShopi dat al 2 miljoen keer werd gedownload in België. Traffic genereren naar fysieke winkels en webshops vormt meer dan ooit de kern van onze propositie.

Jouw functie   

Als allround system engineer kom je terecht in het service desk & infrastructuur team. Samen met je collega’s en onze externe partner sta je in voor het volledige beheer en onderhoud van de infrastructuur en draag je actief bij tot het application lifecycle management.

Enkele van je taken:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud en optimalisatie van de servers, security, ALM
  • Je draagt jouw steentje bij aan de uitbouw van de bestaande infrastructuur, met onder meer een overgang naar een hybride Cloud omgeving
  • Je werkt mee aan installaties, upgrades en migraties
  • Je volgt je taken op in onze JIRA-servicemanagement tool
     

Jouw profiel

Specifiek voor deze functie zijn we ook op zoek naar de volgende competenties:

  • Je hebt een hoger diploma in ICT en minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je hebt ervaring met: Windows (client & server), Citrix, storage, Azure
  • Je hebt diepgaande kennis van Active Directory & SQL
  • Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics AX is een pluspunt
  • Kennis van Microsoft Office (2016 & 365)
  • Kennis van mobile devices (iOS, Android)
  • Je bent sociaal, zelfstandig, leergierig en een team player
  • Je toont interesse om onze applicaties te leren kennen
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Een goede kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
