BD myShopi is het nummer 1 omnichannel activatieplatform in België, met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in logistiek en offline en digitale consumentenactivatie. Via verschillende kanalen – in-home, on the go, in de brievenbus en in de winkel – zorgen we ervoor dat de consument geprikkeld wordt en actie onderneemt.

Onze missie is dan ook ‘delivering inspired consumers’. We distribueren wekelijks folders, samples en andere creatieve uitingen in 4,5 miljoen brievenbussen in België en plaatsen digitale cashbacks, folders of promoties op ons promoplatform myShopi dat al 1,3 miljoen keer werd gedownload in België. Traffic genereren naar fysieke winkels en webshops vormt meer dan ooit de kern van onze propositie.

UW FUNCTIE

Als Senior G/L Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen binnen het bedrijf.

Jouw voornaamste taken zijn de volgende : 

  • Instaan voor de maandelijkse afsluiting/ jaarafsluit, opvolgen en reconciliëren van de balansrekeningen;
  • Verlenen van boekhoudkundig advies en geven van ondersteuning aan de andere collega’s van het finance team;
  • Boeken en opvolgen van de maandelijkse provisies, boeken van afschrijvingen en diverse boekingen;
  • Instaan voor de intercompany afstemmingen, BTW aangiftes, de intercommunautaire listings en de jaarlistings;
  • Voorbereiden van de jaarrekening en de maandelijkse rapportages in functie van het controlling team;
  • Assistentie verlenen bij de uploads van de maandelijkse facturen, zoals bv. leasingwagens, telefoon,…
  • Opvolgen van de boekingen van het sociaal secretariaat i.v.m. lonen;
  • Voorbereiden en uitwerken van studies en rapporten m.b.t. boekhoudkundige gegevens;
  • Uitvoeren van controles op de A/P verrichtingen;
  • Beheren van de vaste activa;
  • Invullen van de NBB enquêtes;
  • Verlenen van boekhoudkundige ondersteuning aan de Accounting Manager;
  • Verlenen van bijstand bij de verwerking van de bankafschriften en betalingen (back-up regeling).
  • Contacten onderhouden met interne collega’s en externe partijen (bv. auditors, overheidsinstanties, …) voor het uitwisselen van informatie;
     

UW PROFIEL

Specifiek voor deze functie zijn we ook op zoek naar de volgende competenties:

  • Je behaalde een Bachelor Accountancy – Fiscaliteit;

  • Je beschikt over een gedegen ervaring in de algemene boekhouding (inclusief maandafsluiting) van minstens 5 jaar;

  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen;

  • Je kan goed zelfstandig werken, neemt initiatief, bent oplossingsgericht en leergierig;

  • Je bent zeer computervaardig en bent sterk in Excel;

  • Ervaring binnen een ERP omgeving is een sterk pluspunt;

  • Je bent flexibel in jouw takenpakket en vindt het evident om bij te springen voor collega’s;

  • Goede kennis van Nederlands of Frans (mondeling en schriftelijk)
