BD Logistics is dé specialist in leveringen en ophalingen met toegevoegde waarde. Dankzij ons unieke netwerk van lokale depots bieden we ongeëvenaarde, fijnmazige toegang tot consumenten en bedrijven op het hele Belgische grondgebied. Zo bieden we onze klanten één nationaal aanspreekpunt voor al hun logistieke stromen.
Duurzaamheid staat centraal in onze aanpak. Door een slimme bundeling van goederen in de last mile dringen we het aantal logistieke bewegingen terug. Zo dragen we bij aan de leefbaarheid, veiligheid en mobiliteit in de steden en op het platteland. We investeren volop in een groene vloot.

BD myShopi heeft meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in logistiek en offline en digitale consumentenactivatie. Als nummer 1 omni-channel activatieplatform zorgt BD myShopi er via verschillende kanalen voor dat de consument geprikkeld wordt en actie onderneemt, in-home, on the go, in de brievenbus en in de winkel. Onze missie is dan ook ‘delivering activated consumers’. We distribueren wekelijks folders, samples en andere creatieve uitingen in 4,5 miljoen brievenbussen in België en plaatsen digitale cashbacks, folders of promoties op ons promoplatform myShopi dat al meer dan 2 miljoen keer werd gedownload in België. Traffic genereren naar fysieke winkels en webshops vormt meer dan ooit de kern van onze propositie.

JOUW FUNCTIE

Als Logistiek Manager heb je een belangrijke sleutelrol. Je bent verantwoordelijke voor een aantal locaties verspreid over de provincie West-Vlaanderen. Daarnaast ben je eveneens verantwoordelijke voor de logistieke opvolging van new business activiteiten binnen je regio.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

Het aansturen en opvolgen van de logistieke operaties binnen ons unadressed segment in de regio West-Vlaanderen volgens de vooropgestelde procedures, KPI’s en budgetten.
Het aansturen van de logistieke operaties van ons Value added logistics onderdeel. .
Het nastreven van een hoge logistieke kwaliteit en een maximale klanttevredenheid.
Het coachen, ondersteunen en motiveren van jouw team, bestaande uit magazijniers en chauffeurs. Je zorgt in dat kader voor regelmatig overleg en plant evaluatiemomenten in.
Het waken over de correcte toepassing van de bedrijfsprocedures en -instructies wat betreft de werkuitvoering, gebouwen, het gebruik van materiaal en arbeidsomstandigheden conform de wetgeving.
Het verzorgen van de veiligheid, orde en netheid, milieu en welzijn binnen de afdelingen.
Het bewaken van een goede interne (met eigen team en andere afdelingen) en externe (vb. onderaannemers) communicatie. Je zorgt voor een goede rapportering op regelmatige basis.
Het initiëren, uitwerken en implementeren van verbetervoorstellen.
Naast jouw day-to-day takenpakket zal je de verantwoordelijkheid krijgen over de realisatie van een aantal optimalisatieprojecten. Je neemt een trekkersrol op in dit verhaal en ondersteunt waar nodig.
