BD myShopi heeft meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in logistiek en offline en digitale consumentenactivatie. Als nummer 1 omni-channel activatieplatform zorgt BD myShopi er via verschillende kanalen voor dat de consument geprikkeld wordt en actie onderneemt, in-home, on the go, in de brievenbus en in de winkel. Onze missie is dan ook ‘delivering activated consumers’. We distribueren wekelijks folders, samples en andere creatieve uitingen in 4,5 miljoen brievenbussen in België en plaatsen digitale cashbacks, folders of promoties op ons promoplatform myShopi dat al meer dan 2 miljoen keer werd gedownload in België. Traffic genereren naar fysieke winkels en webshops vormt meer dan ooit de kern van onze propositie.

BD Logistics is dé specialist in leveringen en ophalingen met toegevoegde waarde. Dankzij ons unieke netwerk van lokale depots bieden we ongeëvenaarde, fijnmazige toegang tot consumenten en bedrijven op het hele Belgische grondgebied. Zo bieden we onze klanten één nationaal aanspreekpunt voor al hun logistieke stromen.
Duurzaamheid staat centraal in onze aanpak. Door een slimme bundeling van goederen in de last mile dringen we het aantal logistieke bewegingen terug. Zo dragen we bij aan de leefbaarheid, veiligheid en mobiliteit in de steden en op het platteland. We investeren volop in een groene vloot.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Network Coach voor de regio Waals-Brabant/Brussel.

JOUW FUNCTIE

Als Network Coach sta je in voor de continuïteit en retentie van je distributienetwerk zodat dit tegen een stootje kan en structurele kwaliteit levert. Dit doe je door een intensieve coaching en begeleiding van je bezorgers en het uitbouwen van een stabiel en flexibel distributienetwerk. Tot jouw voornaamste taken behoren niet enkel de retentie en coaching van de distributeurs, maar ook de planning en de organisatie van de bedelingen en dit in combinatie met administratieve verwerking van de distributeursadministratie.

Concreet vertaalt zich dit in de volgende taken:

Je bewaakt dagelijks de kwaliteit van de distributie en KPI’s in jouw regio en je neemt passende maatregelen.
Je bouwt, in samenwerking met de netwerk support, je distributienetwerk verder uit in je regio, bestaande uit onafhankelijke promokoeriers. Je bent hierbij verantwoordelijk voor het openzetten van nieuwe wervingsprojecten en de kwalitatieve invulling ervan in samenwerking met netwerk support.
Je bent proactief op zoek naar mogelijkheden om de kwaliteit en efficiëntie in je regio te optimaliseren. Hiervoor maak je gebruik van de beschikbare opvolgingstools waaronder Scan2Go, PowerBI, …
Je voert de nodige kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt voor professionele terugkoppeling naar andere belanghebbenden.
Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.
Je leidt een team van onafhankelijke promokoeriers en begeleidt, adviseert en coacht ze.
Je zorgt voor een goede communicatiestroom binnen je team.
Je denkt proactief na over optimalisatiemogelijkheden, zowel binnen je afdeling als binnen de operationele afdeling.
Je coördineert en/of werkt aan projecten binnen je afdeling.
Je zorgt ervoor dat alle bekende procedures strikt worden gevolgd.
Je werkt nauw samen met de Network Support van je regio zodat je ten allen tijde over een voldoende stabiel en kwalitatief netwerk van promokoeriers beschikt.
Op afgesproken momenten dien je beschikbaar te zijn in een specifiek depot voor het afhandelen van balietaken: receptie, administratie, opvolging, …
Je plant deze werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat deze volgens de afspraken worden uitgevoerd.
