Jouw functie

Als HR Business partner heb je een sleutelrol in onze organisatie. Je engageert je als HR generalist om het HR beleid met betrekking tot oa. change, development, training en coaching in de praktijk vorm te geven.

Je geeft dit als facilitator actief mee vorm door enerzijds bepaalde vraagstukken van medewerkers te vertalen in een concreet HR plan en anderzijds door pro-actief alert te zijn voor de verschillende business noden. Je wordt hierin ondersteund door collega’s van de expertise centers.

Als HR Business partner ben jij de contactpersoon vanuit het HR departement omtrent strategische vraagstukken voor verschillende business units.
Je biedt oplossingen en denkt strategisch mee over HR gerelateerde vraagstukken in diverse processen: gaande van instroom, verzuim, uitstroom, performance management, persoonlijke ontwikkelingsplannen, tot wijzigingen in organisatiestructuren.
Je begeleidt de volledige implementatie en uniforme uitvoering van bovenstaande HR processen in jouw toegewezen business units, bestaande zowel uit arbeiders als uit bedienden.
Je treedt op als HR coach en ondersteunt en adviseert bij organisatieontwikkelingstrajecten, dit betekent oa. het verder ontwikkelen van soft skills en talenten en implementeren van development trajecten, gaande van introductieprogramma’s tot interne trainingen etc.
Je bouwt een constructieve relatie uit met verschillende interne stakeholders om op die manier tot win-win situaties te komen.
Je werkt mee aan een pro-actief en business ondersteunend HR beleid, dit zowel day-to-day als in het kader van specifieke change projecten, die toegevoegde waarde bieden aan de business en het management hiervan.
Je fungeert als echte sparringpartner naar het management team toe. Je staat als business partner dicht bij jouw business units en leert deze grondig kennen (hun doelstellingen, processen, noden, behoeften etc.) en biedt op die manier vanuit jouw HR expertise een sterke toegevoegde waarde.
