Jouw functie

De Digital MarCom Executive staat in voor het mede ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de B2C en B2B online marketing strategie met een focus op de content strategie en community management in de breedste zin van het woord. In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Marketing Manager.

Jouw voornaamste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

Digitale campagnes:

Mede bepalen van de digitale campagnes voor de B2B en B2C doelgroepen
Fungeren als contactpersoon voor alle digitale media/reclameregies omtrent de advertising campagnes voor B2C
Creatie, productie en coördinatie digitale campagnematerialen
Planning en opvolging van SEA campagnes zowel voor B2B als B2C

Owned Media:

SEO optimalisatie van de websites zowel B2B als B2C
Onderhouden van en verbetervoorstellen doen voor de bestaande media zoals de website B2Ben B2C
Analyseren, interpreteren en presenteren van rapporten uit Google analytics voor de websites van het bedrijf (B2C, B2B, folders ontvangen, word promokoerier, ...)
Bijhouden van metrics betreffende alle touchpoints (exclusief digitale producten)
Contacten onderhouden met de digitale agentschappen

Social Media:

Bepalen van de social media strategie
Eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de tone of voice en look&feel van social media content
Beheren van de posts op diverse social media kanalen: planning, posting, promoted posts.
Contactpersoon zijn voor customer service wat betreft de consumentenfeedback

CRM:

Instaan voor de B2C myShopi CRM strategie, planning en segmentaties
Instaan voor de CRM – B2C newsletters : input voor het opstellen van mails, beheer van de database, verzenden van mailings

Other:

Meewerken aan diverse bedrijfsprojecten en ondersteuning bieden aan de medewerkers van de afdeling

Jouw profiel

Bachelor of Master in Communicatie/Marketing met een eerste werkervaring
Ervaring met community management en online advertising campaign management, een eerste ervaring in een B2C marketing/retailing context is een pluspunt
Je bent in staat ondersteuning te bieden bij het analyseren van productresultaten van het bedrijf
Je bent van nature een initiatiefnemer en doet op basis van analyses verbetervoorstellen inzake prijs, product en service, en werkt deze uit
Je bent een echte teamplayer en houdt ervan zowel interne als externe contacten te leggen
Kennis MS Office, Google adwords, Google analytics, e-mail marketing, Twitter en Facebook
Talen: tweetalig FR/NL en goede kennis van het EN
