BD myShopi is het nummer 1 omnichannel activatieplatform in België, met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in logistiek en offline en digitale consumentenactivatie. Via verschillende kanalen – in-home, on the go, in de brievenbus en in de winkel – zorgen we ervoor dat de consument geprikkeld wordt en actie onderneemt.

Onze missie is dan ook ‘delivering inspired consumers’. We distribueren wekelijks folders, samples en andere creatieve uitingen in 4,5 miljoen brievenbussen in België en plaatsen digitale cashbacks, folders of promoties op ons promoplatform myShopi dat al 2 miljoen keer werd gedownload in België. Traffic genereren naar fysieke winkels en webshops vormt meer dan ooit de kern van onze propositie.

JOUW FUNCTIE

Als Technical Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van het technisch onderhoud (correctief en preventief), inspectie en revisiewerkzaamheden en het garanderen van een optimaal verloop van de werkzaamheden binnen het Logistic center. Tevens ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van ad hoc herstellingen en/of aanpassingen aan de infrastructuur van het bedrijf (bv. vervangen lampen, ophangen panelen,…) in het Logistic Center.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit:

Organiseren van het werk volgens de vooropgestelde procedures en opstellen van deze procedures
Opstellen van prioriteiten en planningen in functie van de technische noden
Controleren van de aanwezigheid van de benodigde materialen, gereedschappen en onderdelen
Beheren van de betrokken voorraden en afval
Opsporen van storingen en pannes
Zorgen voor interventies indien nodig (zelf of door techniekers)
Waken over de voortgang van het proces en sturen op deadlines
Controleren van de uitgevoerde werken bij niet-standaard interventies
Uitvoeren van testen na interventies of bij implementatie van nieuwe technische onderdelen
Bijhouden van de bestede uren en materialen
Beheren van de onderhoudscontracten en onderhouden van de relaties met externe leveranciers
Onderzoeken, voorstellen en implementeren van verbeteringen in samenwerking met de Logistic Center Manager met betrekking tot technische aangelegenheden
Meewerken aan afdelingsspecifieke projecten
Optreden als adviseur op het domein van technisch onderhoud
Opvolgen van de prestaties van technieker en de nodige info doorgeven aan de betrokken departementen (Planning & Support, HR,…)
Zorg dragen voor een efficiënte communicatie binnen de eigen afdeling en met andere afdelingen binnen en buiten het Logistic Center (Productie, Transport, Sales,…)
Leiden, superviseren, evalueren en coachen van jouw team van techniekers met als doel een efficiënte organisatie van het personeel binnen de afdeling

Je volgde een technische opleiding (gevorderd), of gelijkwaardig door ervaring met industriële machines

Je bent Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans en kennis van het Engels (geschreven)
Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
