Jouw functie 

Als Strategic Manager Digital ben je verantwoordelijk voor de digitale business van BD myShopi. Je formuleert in nauwe samenwerking met het steering comité de bedrijfsstrategie en bent de schakel tussen sales, marketing, AdOps en IT/R&D voor alle digitale onderwerpen. Je werkt mee aan de strategiebepaling en ontwikkeling van een passende value proposition in de markt. Als geen ander slaag je erin om de kracht van offline media te koppelen aan de nieuwste trends in de online-mediawereld.

Je bent product champion voor myShopi (het omni channel-platform) en werkt mee aan de implementatie van de omni-channel strategie van BD myShopi. Je werkt actief mee aan de business development en je levert een actieve bijdrage in strategische TOP to TOP innovatiemeetings bij klanten. Je tekent de digitale roadmap samen met de steering comité, de technical product manager en de R&D Manager van myShopi. Je hebt intensief contact met interne en externe stakeholders in het kader van de implementatie van de verschillende innovatieprojecten.

Je garandeert de kwaliteit van het resultaat, de sturing, de planning, het budget- en de risicobeheersing van jouw projecten. Je volgt en analyseert de recentste marktonwikkelingen op de voet in het binnen- en buitenland. In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CCO.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een Bachelor/Master diploma
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaren ervaring in advertising/media/content/e-commerce business
  • Je kan samenwerken op strategisch niveau (board, C-level, management consultancy)
  • Je hebt een expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEA, affiliate, programmatic, RTB, marketing automation)
  • Je hebt een analytische en creatieve geest met een ruime kennis van Google analytics en BI
  • Je hebt een zeer sterke affiniteit met data vanuit omnichannel perspectief
  • Als specialist volg je de laatste ontwikkelingen en trends in de IT wereld op de voet
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in 3 talen: Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je hebt de kracht om impact te creëren in een organisatie
  • Je hebt ervaring in het opstellen van strategische bedrijfspresentaties en documentatie
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je neemt initiatief en kan jouw interne en externe stakeholders enthousiasmeren en motiveren
