Het webformuliercomponent campaignmonitor kan niet worden weergegeven

BD myShopi is het nummer 1 omnichannel activatieplatform in België, met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in logistiek en offline en digitale consumentenactivatie. Via verschillende kanalen – in-home, on the go, in de brievenbus en in de winkel – zorgen we ervoor dat de consument geprikkeld wordt en actie onderneemt.

Onze missie is dan ook ‘delivering inspired consumers’. We distribueren wekelijks folders, samples en andere creatieve uitingen in 4,5 miljoen brievenbussen in België en plaatsen digitale cashbacks, folders of promoties op ons promoplatform myShopi dat al 1,5 miljoen keer werd gedownload in België. Traffic genereren naar fysieke winkels en webshops vormt meer dan ooit de kern van onze propositie.

Het departement Operations staat in voor het collecteren, transporteren, sorteren en distribueren van folders, (on)geadresseerde zendingen en pakjes tegen minimale kosten en met een maximale kwaliteit ter realisatie van klanttevredenheid.

Jouw functie   

Het Quality Control Team (QC Team) is verantwoordelijk voor een objectieve kwaliteitsmonitoring op de volledige logistieke keten (van aanvoer van drukwerken in de logistieke centra, tot distributie in de brievenbus) en dit door middel van zowel proactieve (o.a. steekproeven op de distributiekwaliteit) als reactieve acties (o.a. onderzoeken van klachten van klanten of consumenten).

Om het QC Team te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een Quality Controller voor de regio Nijvel/Charleroi.  

Jouw voornaamste taken zijn o.a. de volgende :

  • Het uitvoeren van steekproeven in de jouw toegewezen regio o.b.v. een korte enquête bij de consumenten, waarvan de uitslagen automatisch doorgestuurd worden naar het centrale kwaliteitssysteem
  • De Teamleader zorgt voor een duidelijke planning, zodat je je efficiënt van opdracht naar opdracht kan verplaatsen.
  • Je wordt aangemoedigd om samen met jouw collega’s en Teamleader mee na te denken over hoe de dienstverlening van het QC team nog verder geoptimaliseerd kan worden.

 

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en communiceert steeds op een professionele manier zowel intern als extern (controleadressen)
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en gaat op een nauwkeurige en objectieve manier te werk volgens de uitgeschreven procedures.
  • Je ontvangt een dagelijkse planning, maar bent in staat om logisch te redeneren en in overleg met jouw Teamleader andere prioriteiten te stellen indien nodig
  • Je beschikt dan ook over de nodige verantwoordelijkheidszin om op een correcte manier met jouw werkschema om te gaan.
  • Je bent Franstalig, kennis van het Nederlands is een plus.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Windows en van het MS-Office pakket. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
