Functie Network Support 

Het departement Operations heeft een sleutelrol in deze keten en staat in voor het collecteren, transporteren, sorteren en distribueren van folders, (on)geadresseerde zendingen, pakjes, deurhangers etc. Deze worden meerdere keren per week bezorgd in alle Belgische brievenbussen.

BD myShopi beschikt over een logistiek netwerk van 27 vestigingen en ongeveer 2000 zelfstandige distributeurs. Samen zorgen zij voor een bedeling van wekelijks gemiddeld 85 miljoen folders en andere drukwerken.

Als Network Support zorg je voor een snelle, kwalitatieve en proactieve rekrutering van zelfstandige distributeurs voor ons distributienetwerk binnen jouw regio, dit betekent:

  • Je gaat proactief op zoek naar potentiële kandidaten om zo een kwalitatieve bedeling te verzekeren.
  • Je monitort op dagelijkse basis de openstaande vacatures binnen jouw regio.
  • Je bekijkt in functie van de huidige noden welke van de beschikbare wervingskanalen nuttig zijn om een kwalitatieve instroom te genereren.
  • Je staat in voor de telefonische en face-to-face screening van geschikte kandidaten.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve formaliteiten bij de opstart van nieuwe distributeurs en bezorgt hen de nodige informatie over hun rol.
  • Je maakt nieuwe distributeurs wegwijs in de fiscaal-juridische aspecten van het zelfstandigenstatuut.

Je denkt actief mee over de optimalisatie van het rekruteringsproces en onderneemt actie waar nodig.
 

Profiel

Specifiek voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar de volgende competenties:

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren en weet hier de nodige pro-activiteit aan de dag te leggen.
  • Je hebt een groot inlevingsvermogen, bent service-minded en van nature een creatieve,  initiatiefnemer.
  • Je werkt autonoom en resultaatgericht en houdt van een professionele aanpak.
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste werkervaring binnen rekrutering achter de rug - ervaring met zelfstandige contractanten is een plus.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en Nederlands (gesproken en geschreven).
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het MS-Office pakket.
  • Je bent bereid je te verplaatsen over Wallonië en beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
