Jouw functie

Als Software Project manager is het jouw taak om op de hoogte te blijven van de bedrijfsnoden en het capteren en vertalen hiervan in heldere requirements, en om de verschillende ontwikkelingsteams aan te sturen en op te volgen. BD myShopi zet volop in op vernieuwing en technologie, dus het is zaak deze evoluties van dichtbij op te volgen, en voldoende technisch inzicht te vergaren om de juiste technische keuze te maken.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de ontwikkelingsteams via een agile methodologie, waarbij zowel de flexibiliteit als de kwaliteit belangrijk zijn. We werken met zowel externe development teams als interne teams en het is zaak deze correct op te volgen en in lijn te houden zodat consistente en on-time opleveringen mogelijk zijn.

Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van de strategie via deze teams, wat zich vertaald in een goede communicatie en motiverende aanpak naar de verschillende teams

Jouw voornaamste taken zijn:

  • Het verzamelen, functioneel analyseren en verder uitdiepen van business requirements, rekening houdend met de interne bedrijfslogica, de applicaties en het landschap, dit in nauwe samenwerking met het productmanagement team, waarbij je vooral de technische haalbaarheid en planning zal inbrengen.
  • Het opvolgen van externe en interne ontwikkelaars: van analyse tot implementatie.
  • Het opvolgen van de testen zowel tijdens development als tijdens integratie.
  • Meewerken aan de verbetering van de processen voor IT.
  • Samen met de CIO en de technische architecten de technische architectuur visie onderhouden.
  • Het aligneren van oplossingen met de continue technologische evolutie.

 

Jouw profiel

Specifiek voor deze functie zijn we ook op zoek naar de volgende competenties:

  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door 5 jaar ervaring in product management, project management of development manager functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met agile (scrum/Kanban), en het aansturen van middelgrote teams.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van verschillende (software) technologieën, versie beheer en project management tools.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met termen als Java, ESB, Agilepoint
  • Ervaring met bedrijf strategische systemen (ERP zoals AX) een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met PMO is tevens een pluspunt.
  • Je bent gedreven en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Je beschikt over diplomatische skills en bent hands-on.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende overtuigingskracht en bent organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt oog voor details.
  • Je past je communicatie vlot aan je gesprekspartner aan
  • Je hebt een goede mondelinge kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans en je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels.
