Traffic genereren naar fysieke winkels en webshops vormt meer dan ooit de kern van onze propositie.

BD Logistics is dé specialist in leveringen en ophalingen met toegevoegde waarde. Dankzij ons unieke netwerk van lokale depots bieden we ongeëvenaarde, fijnmazige toegang tot consumenten en bedrijven op het hele Belgische grondgebied. Zo bieden we onze klanten één nationaal aanspreekpunt voor al hun logistieke stromen.
Duurzaamheid staat centraal in onze aanpak. Door een slimme bundeling van goederen in de last mile dringen we het aantal logistieke bewegingen terug. Zo dragen we bij aan de leefbaarheid, veiligheid en mobiliteit in de steden en op het platteland. We investeren volop in een groene vloot.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven HR Business Partner.

JOUW FUNCTIE

Als HR Business partner ben jij de contactpersoon vanuit het HR departement omtrent strategische vraagstukken voor verschillende business units.
Je biedt oplossingen en denkt strategisch mee over HR gerelateerde vraagstukken in diverse processen: gaande van instroom, verzuim, uitstroom, performance management, persoonlijke ontwikkelingsplannen, tot wijzigingen in organisatiestructuren.
Je begeleidt de volledige implementatie en uniforme uitvoering van bovenstaande HR processen in jouw toegewezen business units, bestaande uit zowel arbeiders als bedienden.
Je treedt op als HR coach en ondersteunt en adviseert bij organisatieontwikkelings-trajecten, dit betekent oa. het verder ontwikkelen van soft skills en talenten en implementeren van development-trajecten, gaande van introductieprogramma’s tot interne trainingen.
Je bouwt een constructieve relatie uit met verschillende interne stakeholders om op die manier tot win-win situaties te komen.
Je werkt mee aan een pro-actief en business ondersteunend HR beleid, dit zowel day-to-day als in het kader van specifieke change-projecten, die toegevoegde waarde bieden aan de business en het betrokken management.
Je fungeert als echte sparringpartner van het management team. Je staat als business partner dicht bij jouw business units en leert deze grondig kennen (hun doelstellingen, processen, noden, behoeften) en je biedt op die manier vanuit jouw HR expertise een sterke toegevoegde waarde.

Je hebt een hogere opleiding genoten (Bachelor of Master)
Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een HR functie en bent vertrouwd met bovenstaande HR gerelateerde topics en soft skills. Je hebt ervaring met coaching en bemiddeling en/of het optreden als facilitator.
Je houdt er van om de business te challengen. Jouw sterk business acumen, strategisch denkvermogen en professionalisme zijn jouw grootste troeven.
Je beschikt over sterk ontwikkelde communicatieve skills en kan deze op verschillende niveaus in de organisatie toepassen door jouw aanpassingsvermogen.
Je bent in staat jouw prioriteiten te beheren en behoudt steeds een helicopterview.
