BD Groep bestaat uit 2 pijlers: BD myShopi, onze oplossingen voor consumentenactivatie en BD Logistics, ons nationaal netwerk voor lokale logistiek met toegevoegde waarde.

BD myShopi heeft meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in logistiek en offline en digitale consumentenactivatie. Als nummer 1 omni-channel activatieplatform zorgt BD myShopi er via verschillende kanalen voor dat de consument geprikkeld wordt en actie onderneemt, in-home, on the go, in de brievenbus en in de winkel. Onze missie is dan ook ‘delivering activated consumers’. We distribueren wekelijks folders, samples en andere creatieve uitingen in 4,5 miljoen brievenbussen in België en plaatsen digitale cashbacks, folders of promoties op ons promoplatform myShopi dat al meer dan 2 miljoen keer werd gedownload in België. Traffic genereren naar fysieke winkels en webshops vormt meer dan ooit de kern van onze propositie.

BD Logistics is dé specialist in leveringen en ophalingen met toegevoegde waarde. Dankzij ons unieke netwerk van lokale depots bieden we ongeëvenaarde, fijnmazige toegang tot consumenten en bedrijven op het hele Belgische grondgebied. Zo bieden we onze klanten één nationaal aanspreekpunt voor al hun logistieke stromen.
Duurzaamheid staat centraal in onze aanpak. Door een slimme bundeling van goederen in de last mile dringen we het aantal logistieke bewegingen terug. Zo dragen we bij aan de leefbaarheid, veiligheid en mobiliteit in de steden en op het platteland. We investeren volop in een groene vloot.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Hoofdoperator dag.

JOUW FUNCTIE

Jouw rol als Hoofdoperator impliceert o.a. volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je coacht een team van 5 productiemedewerkers.
  • Je zorgt voor een correct verloop van het machinaal verwerken van onze folders.
  • Je staat in voor het voorbereiden van de opstart van de productie: dit betreft de indeling van de  folders op de feeders met behulp van een pc-programma.
  • Je zorgt voor het vlotte en efficiënte verloop van het productieproces met het oog op de vooropgestelde planning en het gewenste kwaliteitsniveau.  Dit doe je door een correcte en aangepaste bediening van de opleg- en verpakkingsmachine.
  • Je ziet toe op het behalen van de vooropgestelde productiedoelstellingen met betrekking tot de kwaliteit, veiligheid  en milieu.
  • Je stelt de productiemachine in, je verricht klein onderhoud en verhelpt/voorkomt storingen.
  • Je durft initiatief nemen en denkt mee na over verbeteringen.
  • Je stelt na de productie een productierapport op.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Production Manager.


 JOUW PROFIEL

Specifiek voor deze functie zijn we ook op zoek naar de volgende competenties:

  • Je geeft op enthousiaste en motiverende wijze leiding aan je team.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt minimum een diploma hoger middelbaar  (bij voorkeur een technische richting) of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige productieomgeving is een plus.
  • Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en je bent snel weg met technische handelingen.
  • Je kan vlot werken met de PC en hebt kennis van Word en Excel.
  • Het (doen) respecteren van werkinstructies, kwaliteit en veiligheidsprocedures is voor jou een logische zaak.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
