Jouw functie

Als Warehouse Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, opvolgen en optimaliseren van alle warehouse activiteiten in het Logistic Center. Je rapporteert aan de Logistic Center Manager.

Als Warehouse Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het aansturen op coachende wijze van jouw kademeesters en hun teams van magazijniers;
  • Samen met jouw team zorgen voor een optimale organisatie van de warehouse activiteiten (in- en outbound);
  • Het opzetten en opvolgen van de KPI’s en bijsturen waar nodig;
  • Het formuleren en implementeren van verbetervoorstellen in samenwerking met de Logistic Center Manager met betrekking tot:
    • Het logistieke proces binnen het magazijn
    • Procedures en de verfijning ervan
  • Zorg dragen voor een efficiënte communicatie binnen de eigen afdeling en met andere afdelingen binnen en buiten het Logistic Center (Productie, Transport, Sales,…);
  • Het opvolgen van de prestaties van de magazijnmedewerkers en het doorgeven van de nodige info door aan de betrokken departementen (Planning & Support, HR, …);
  • Het meewerken aan afdelingsspecifieke projecten.
  • In staat zijn om de Transport Supervisor te vervangen bij afwezigheid.

 

Jouw profiel

  • Je behaalde een Bachelor diploma of je bent gelijkwaardig door leidinggevende ervaring in een warehouse omgeving;
  • Je hebt ervaring met het optimaliseren van warehouse activiteiten;
  • Je hebt een coachende leiderschapsstijl en sterke peoplemanagementskills;
  • Je hebt kennis van MS Office en ervaring met Warehouse Management Systemen;
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Frans;
  • Je hebt zin voor initiatief;
  • Je hebt een affiniteit voor Transport;
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in groep functioneren;
  • Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B;
  • Een heftruckbrevet is een plus.
