BD myShopi is een internationaal marketing en logistiek bedrijf met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in de distributie van promotioneel drukwerk. Naast een uitgebreide service voor print based communicatie bieden we eveneens het nummer 1 promotieplatform myShopi aan.

Het myShopi folderpakket – met reclamefolders van Carrefour, Delhaize, Blokker, enz. – bereikt elke week 4,3 miljoen Belgische gezinnen. Met de myShopi app en website worden nog eens 250.000 consumenten geïnspireerd en gefaciliteerd met kortingen, online folders, digitale klantenkaarten en nog veel meer.

Zowel voor onze administratieve, creatieve als logistieke departementen zijn we steeds op zoek naar nieuw talent. Met het hoofdkwartier in Diegem en talloze regionale vestigingen komen m/v’s uit alle hoeken van het land in aanmerking voor een job bij BD myShopi. 

Functie Sales assistant te Diegem                                            

Als Sales Assistant binnen de afdeling Customer Service, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking en de opvolging van de klantendossiers. Je verzorgt de opmaak van offertes, je staat in voor een tijdige en correcte verwerking van bestellingen. Je denkt mee met de klant in het bepalen van bedelingszones en adviseert en informeert hem bij vragen betreffende het offline en online productaanbod.

Je treedt op als back-up voor de Accountmanagers bij commerciële vragen van klanten. Bij operationele problemen zoek je mee naar mogelijke oplossingen, sta je de klant te woord om hem te informeren en adviseren. Je analyseert, beantwoordt en coördineert opmerkingen en vragen van klanten. 

Je leert graag bij en nieuwe verantwoordelijkheden vormen voor jou een uitdaging.
In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Customer Service Manager.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een  Bachelor degree 
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige commerciële binnendienstfunctie
  • Je hebt een gedegen kennis van MS-office / CRM  
  • Je hebt een perfecte mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans 
  • Je hebt een commerciële feeling
  • Je gaat nauwkeuring en planmatig te werk
  • Je kan omgaan met confidentiële gegevens
  • Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en kan omgaan met strakke deadlines
  • Jouw persoonlijkheid getuigt van zin voor initiatief en teamgerichtheid
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel
  • Je hebt een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin en een goed aanpassingsvermogen
  • Je bent in staat om rapporten grondig te analyseren
